Silicon Valley Bank, EVCA and True Search invite you to join us for a virtual discussion regarding compensation for pre-partner venture capital investors, based on a newly co-authored report with data from over 150 US investors. Adam Dawkins of EVCA will lead a candid conversation between Will Bruce and Dan Miller of True Search and Carolyn McVeigh of SVB Capital, focusing on key report takeaways as well as skills and strategies for negotiating compensation, LP and GP perspectives on career progression and pay, and job mobility.
We will conclude the event by opening it up for live Q&A, giving attendees an opportunity to ask the questions most relevant to them.Â
We hope you can join us for this much-anticipated virtual event!Â
